SHEPHERDSVILLE – The following individuals have been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury for drug-related felony allegations:
*Douglas Ready and Johnathan Ernspiker – each charged with complicity to manufacture methamphetamine.
The indictment alleges that on Jan. 9, 2012, the men had chemicals and equipment needed to produce methamphetamine.
This is a Class B felony punishable by 10-20 years in prison.
For Ernspiker, who was also indicted as a persistent felony offender due to a prior felony, could have his sentence enhanced.
