SHEPHERDSVILLE - A number of individuals have been indicted by the Bullitt Circuit Grand Jury on drug-related charges. Those indicted recently include:
*Melissa M. Luckett - charged with possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
The indictment alleges that on June 3, 2011, Luckett had opana in her possession. And when realizing there could be law enforcement involved, she allegedly tried to destroy the evidence.
Both are Class D felonies punishable by 1-5 years in prison.
