SHEPHERDSVILLE - Eight individuals were recently indicted for alleged drug offenses in Bullitt County.
At least nine of the 12 grand jurors felt there was enough evidence to continue with criminal proceedings against the following:
*James T. Meredith Jr. - charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, promoting contraband and several misdemeanors.
According to the indictment, Meredith allegedly had a substance known as methamphetamine in his possession on March 4, 2011, with the intent to sell.
