Judge’s take on lack of procedures right on point

 Circuit Judge Rodney Burress certainly doesn’t need the affirmation of this newspaper on any of his opinions.

However, we agree right on point in his opinion of the Shepherdsville Civil Service commission.

From the time of its first hearing, we have begged for some organizational procedures to be put into place.

We still believe that a hearing officer is needed to assist the civil service commission.
