SHEPHERDSVILLE — An effort to rezone a large tract of property to general industrial was done properly.
That was the opinion of Bullitt Circuit Judge Rodney Burress after a lawsuit was filed by members of Bardstown Junction Baptist Church and others challenging the action of the Shepherdsville City Council.
The recent decision refused to grant the appeal to have the rezoning decision overturned.
Unless an appeal is filed within the next month, the rezoning will stand.
