SHEPHERDSVILLE - With the victim and her family shedding tears, Jack Allen Eagle sat emotionless as a Bullitt Circuit Court grand jury found him guilty of three counts of unlawful transaction with a minor.
And the jury would then recommend a sentence of 45 years for the Shepherdsville resident.
The two-day trial ended with the defendant still facing two more felony counts to be tried on Sept. 8.
The seven-woman, five-man jury panel deliberated about 35 minutes before finding Eagle guilty of the three charges.
