TAYLORSVILLE - Getting 17 points from junior guard Selena Yunt, the Bullitt Central Lady Cougars won for a season-high fifth straight game on Friday, pulling away from an early deficit to beat Spencer County 60-47.
The win moved the maroon and gray to 14-6 for the season and may well have shown that the team has put the inconsistency from the first half of the season behind them.
It did take Bullitt Central a little time to get rolling on Friday as they played the second game, taking the court after the boys’ team had beaten Spencer County 52-49.
