Lady Eagles stay hot, roll past Bullitt Central 10-1

SHEPHERDSVILLE -- A day after losing 8-0 to the state’s top-ranked team, Ballard, the North Bullitt Lady Eagles got back in the saddle on Wednesday and beat Bullitt Central 10-1.

Those two wins came just a few days after North Bullitt had capped spring break with a four game sweep in a tournament at Washington County. Coach Eric Lambert’s team opened with a 2-1 victory over Bishop Brossart and then turned back Danville 2-0. Pool play then concluded with a 4-1 victory over West Aurora (IL.) ‘A’ by a 4-1 count.
