Lebanon Junction Elementary School dedicated its new playground to instructional assistant Michelle “Mickey” Ward, 45, who recently died suddenly.Ward spent 12 years at LJES as an assistant and was remembered at the ceremony as “vibrant, happy and respected.”The playground cost $26,000 and was a needed addition to the schools existing four swings and a slide.
