A little bit of Bullitt part of Triple Crown

 It is nice to see that Bullitt County will have a little role in the running of the Preakness Stakes on Saturday.

Jesus Castanon and family have been residing in Shepherdsville for a number of years. After years of riding, Jesus has had an opportunity this year to ride in the Kentucky Derby and now the Preakness Stakes aboard Shackelford.

In the Derby, the local connection paced the field for much of the race.

It is great to see a local citizen and a local family do well. We hope that his trip in the Preakness, and then the Belmont, is a smooth won.
