SHEPHERDSVILLE – After 90 minutes of discussion, Bullitt Fiscal Court appears ready to approve a 2012-13 budget next Thursday.
But the apparent agreement didn’t come at a cheap price.
Allegations of budget decisions being made based on gender was just one of the comments made on Tuesday.
In the end, magistrate Rick Clements offered a compromise to a budget proposal offered by fellow magistrate John Bradshaw. That proposal was adopted 3-2 and will now be voted upon at a 10 a.m. meeting on June 28.
