SHEPHERDSVILLE - A man who has previously been sentenced to 23 years in prison for sex acts performed dating back to 1959 had another conviction added to his record.
Gerald Owens, 76, entered an Alford plea to the charge of indecent or immoral practice with another.
The allegations date back to 1973.
Commonwealth attorney Michael Mann said he felt this charge was part of the earlier mediation agreement.
Last June, Owens entered guilty pleas on four other charges, which resulted in a 23-year prison sentence.
