Man facing sodomy, rape charges

BROOKS - A northern Bullitt County has been indicted for sexual misconduct with a minor girl.

According to the indictment, Daniel Ray Keith of Brooks has been charged with first degree rape and sodomy, both Class A felonies punishable by 20 years to life in prison.

He is also facing Class B felonies on second-degree rape and sodomy charges. These are punishable by 10-20 years in prison.
