LEBANON JUNCTION - A man who allegedly took money and equipment valued at over $10,000 from a youth football organization has entered a guilty plea in Bullitt Circuit Court.
But Brian Edward Wibbels will avoid serving any additional time in prison.
Wibbels, 34, entered an Alford plea on Tuesday to a single count of theft by unlawful taking over $300. The remaining charges were dismissed.
According to the indictment, in 2006, Wibbels took items and money valued at over $300 from the Lebanon Junction Jaguars football program, of which he was an officer.
