HEBRON ESTATES - A man who got into a confrontation with police that involved gunfire has been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury.
Stephen A. Mahoney has been indicted on eight counts of wanton endangerment and nine counts of terroristic threatening.
According to the indictment, Mahoney allegedly created a risk to eight police officers of the Pioneer Village and Hillview departments, as well as sheriff’s deputies on April 28, 2012.
Also, he made threats to the officers, as well as to his wife, that day.
