Man indicted for improper sexual contact with juvenile

 SHEPHERDSVILLE - A Bullitt County man is facing serious charges alleging improper sexual contact with a relative.

Timothy W. Smith Jr. has been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury on charges dating back to May 2004.

According to the indictment, Smith engaged in sexual contact with a female who was less than 12 years of age from May 3, 2004, through May 2, 2005.

A second charge of sexual abuse allegedly involved a female from May 3, 2005, through Feb. 19, 2007.
