SHEPHERDSVILLE - A man who allegedly robbed a pair of convenience stores in 2005 has been indicted.
The Bullitt County Grand Jury indicted Joseph MacDonald on two counts of robbery and for being a persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, MacDonald threatened to use a dangerous instrument on a worker at the Belmont Minit Mart on Feb. 7, 2005.
On March 10, 2005, he allegedly threatened a worker at the Fast Trip Shell Food Mart while committing a theft.
The Class B felony charges carry a possible prison sentence of 10-20 years.
