SHEPHERDSVILLE Ð A man has been indicted for allegedly having improper contact with a minor female in the 1980s.
Henry E. Sparks has been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury on the charge of sexual abuse and three counts of rape.
The indictment alleges that the course of action occurred with a girl under the age of 12 from 1984-87.
The most serious charge is a Class A felony, which is punishable by 20 years to life in prison.
