SHEPHERDSVILLE - A man has been indicted for sex-related charges dating back to 1999 in Bullitt County.
The Bullitt County Grand Jury panel indicted Gary W. Bennett on charges of rape (two counts), sodomy (two counts), sexual abuse, incest (three counts) and being a persistent felony offender.
According to the indictment, Bennett allegedly forced an individual less than 12 years of age to have sexual intercourse between August 1999 through the year 2000.
