SHEPHERDSVILLE - A 63-year-old Bullitt County man has been indicted for alleged sexual offenses dating back to 2001 and a conviction could result in him serving 20 years to life in prison.
John William Orkies has been indicted by the Bullitt County Grand Jury on a series of felony counts.
According to the indictment, Orkies allegedly had sexual intercourse with a female less than 12 years of age from June 2001 through June 2006. During the same period of time, Orkies has been charged with having deviate sexual relations with the minor.
