FRANKFORT - Gov. Steve Beshear has proclaimed May as Motorcycle Awareness Month in Kentucky.
“About 250,000 Kentuckians have valid motorcycle licenses or permits,” Gov. Beshear said. “It is especially important that drivers be aware of motorcycles on the streets and join in the safe sharing of roadways throughout Kentucky, especially during the seasonal return of motorcycles.”
