MOUNT WASHINGTON - There is no such things as untimely hitting, but the Bullitt East Lady Chargers took the team ‘timely’ hitting to an extreme last Thursday during a 4-3 victory over 24th District rival Bullitt Central.
Bullitt East had only three hits in the game and the red and gold struck out 14 times, but still managed to win the game. The win came about as two of the hits were singles with runners on second and third base in the third and fourth innings.
