SHEPHERDSVILLE - A mother of a two-year-old boy will not serve any additional time in jail after the toddler was treated last November for severe injuries.
Courtney Lynn McConnell was recently sentenced to three years for criminal abuse by Bullitt Circuit Judge Rodney Burress. The sentence would be diverted for five years.
If McConnell has no other issues with the criminal justice system, she would serve no more time in jail for her role in the boy’s injuries.
