HEBRON ESTATES - Mayor Jerry Clark can sit and watch his window and observe drivers who don’t know how to make a proper stop at the corner of Garden Drive and East Hebron Lane.
If he was watching at certain times over the past couple of months, he may have seen motorists receive citations.
Leroy Lerding, a sheriff’s deputy who is contracted to provide extra police patrol in the city of Hebron Estates, told town board leaders that seven citations had been written over the past couple of months.
