MW man indicted for stealing pills in Nelson facility

 BARDSTOWN - A licensed practical nurse has been accused of stealing medications from Windsor Gardens Assisted Living Center.

Jerl Hammack, 31, Mount Washington, was employed at the facility at 101 Isaac Greer Court. when the thefts occurred, Bardstown Police Detective Lynn Davis said.

Twelve hydrocodone pills were reportedly stolen on two separate instances, likely to have occurred Jan. 5 and Jan. 15, according to Davis.
