MOUNT WASHINGTON — Rick Clements has been part of the train the past six months but he’s concerned about the track it is taking.
Instead of passengers pulling that train in different directions, Clements hopes to win his special election next Tuesday and have an opportunity to get everyone going in the same direction.
Clements, appointed earlier this year to fill a vacancy caused by the resignation of Dan Kelty, will be on the ballot to fill the remaining two years as magistrate of the Second District.
