MOUNT WASHINGTON - Even though there is comparable zoning in the area, residents who live near the Twin Eagles Development off Highway 44 East and Hubbard Lane are not pleased.
The company which owns 99 acres is seeking to rezone the property from R-2 Residential to R-3 Residential.
According to attorney Eric Farris, the rezoning would not necessarily increase the number of housing units. Instead, it would allow some larger homes to be built due to changes in the side setback requirements. Garages would be possible under the new zoning.
