Nester still has Fire for dance, cheer

MOUNT WASHINGTON – After years of wanting to be a professional dancer, 20 year old Chelsea Nester’s dream has come true.Since last October, Nester has been a member of the Louisville Fire arena football team’s Wildfires dance team.Of the 50 who tried out, Nester was one of only 19 chosen for the team.“It’s great to get paid for doing something I love,” said Nester.Nester heard about the Wildfires through a friend, who was on the team years ago.Like her friend, Nester wanted to dance professionally.
