No financial officer needed

 This letter is in response to the editorial that was in The Pioneer News on Monday, June 11, 2012. I am not writing about the budget in general, but I do question Judge Roberts need for a Financial Officer for Fiscal Court.

If I read the editorial right, Judge Roberts is proposing, or going to propose, that the County hire a Financial Officer for Fiscal Court. I do not always agree with Magistrate Laswell, but in this instance I believe he is correct in thinking that one is not needed.
