SHEPHERDSVILLE - Just call last week the ‘lost week’ for the Bullitt Central Cougars.
Instead of playing baseball under sunny spring conditions, the maroon and gray were pretty much forced to the sidelines for all of last week. Rain kept the team off the field and testing at the school during the week kept the team from even practicing indoors.
The only game for Bullitt Central came on Saturday when they managed to take on Central in a game that was played at Valley. After six innings of play, the Cougars came away with a 14-8 victory.
