MOUNT WASHINGTON -- Two individuals have been indicted with removing bronze vases from gravesites in Highland Memory Gardens.
Joshua A. Taggart and Geraline Hilbert have been indicted for 23 counts of complicity to violating graves by the Bullitt County Grand Jury.
These are Class D felonies punishable by 1-5 years in prison.
The pair also faces a single count of complicity to theft by unlawful taking over $500.
Det. Buddy Stump of the Mount Washington Police Department investigated the case.
