Parks program facing funding issue, future of joint board

As members of Bullitt Fiscal Court pondered what to do with a parks board that was never legally instituted in 1971, they were hit with another dilemma - the Bullitt County YMCA program ran at a deficit of over $40,000 to run the recreation programs this year.
