However, before Lee Wilburn’s Crossdock Development can build one million square feet of light industrial distribution space, the property must be rezoned.

Wilburn is looking to purchase around 100 acres of a 650-acre tract currently part of the Heritage Hill residential and golfing community off of Cedar Grove Road.
