Police, BBB warn of roof, paving scam

SHEPHERDSVILLE - The buyer should always beware.

That is the message sent out by the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Department and the Better Business Bureau.

After a local couple was scammed by a roofing and paving contractor, Det. Scotty McGaha of the Bullitt County Sheriff’s Department said his investigations, along with the BBB, has resulted in five scam operations.
