Police look for robbers with bit of arrogance

 CLERMONT - Law enforcement officials are looking for a group of men who may be suspects in several local break-ins.

Bullitt County Sheriff’s Det. Scotty McGaha said the latest attempted break-in was thwarted by a home security system.

On Aug. 8, the suspects visited a home in the 300 block of Chapeze Lane. After a few moments of looking around the home, one of the men broke a front window. However, that set off a home security system that scared off the individuals.

McGaha said one of the men noticed the security camera and actually waved.
