SHEPHERDSVILLE -- When construction began in the late 1960s for a new high school, there was probably little thought given to the condition of the soil.
Darrell Coleman, currently a member of the Bullitt County Public School Board, vividly remembers that the property Bullitt Central sits upon was a swamp area.
Now, some 33 years after the opening of the high school, what was done in the past is suddenly coming back to haunt officials in the present.
