'Proposal' offered in bank lawsuit

 SHEPHERDSVILLE - There is a possibility that a resolution of the county’s lawsuit against its former financial institution might be looming.

However, county attorney Monica Robinson said she couldn’t disclose more than what was mentioned by Bullitt Fiscal Court.

After meeting in executive session for about an hour on Tuesday, Bullitt Fiscal Court voted 4-1 to authorize the county attorney to offer a 

proposal on on-going litigation with First Federal Savings Bank.
