Our legislators are now in Frankfort. We trust that they are there to help the constituents.
We fear that since it is time to put a biennium budget together, it might be more gridlock than progress.
Before that is decided, however, it might be the race to see what Constitutional amendments are placed on the ballot for consideration in the fall.
Only two such measures can be on the ballot but several have already been mentioned in the first couple of weeks.
