HILLVIEW - After his boss passed away last April, James Brashear had to make a decision: start up his own business or find other work. He took the plunge, switched offices, and opened Radlin Auto Repair.
“For the first year, I can’t complain,” Brashear said. “I have been able to pay the bills.”
