SHEPHERDSVILLE - Another phase of the Cedar Grove Business Park is closer to becoming a reality.
Salt River Development LLC received a favorable recommendation from the Bullitt County Joint Planning Commission to rezone over 115 acres to Light Industrial and another three acres to B-2 Central Business.
The property, which is part of the city of Shepherdsville, would be adjacent to the current business park.
