SHEPHERDSVILLE – While many felt the Kentucky Turnpike Water District had been out of business since its merger with Louisville Water Co. in 2000, it’s not that easy.
The entity has not met as a group since that time but it is still legally in operation.
Bullitt Fiscal Court moved one step closer recently to making sure that the KTWD is shut down legally – once and for all.
