Sad to leave business

 I write this with great sadness.  I entered into medicine after my career as an Air Force pilot ended abruptly when I became ill.

Once my cancer was in remission, I attended the University Of Louisville School Of Medicine, where I also completed my internship and residency in ophthalmology.  I was motivated to use my skills to continue to make as great a difference as possible in the lives of others.
