Salem Speedway tries again to kick off 2011 season with short-track festival

 SALEM, IN, March 28 – Following a one week postponement due to inclement weather, Salem Speedway is set to open its 2011 season on Sunday afternoon with the inaugural “Short-Track Festival”.

 Salem Speedway Pure Stocks and Front Wheel Drive Stocks, the FAST Series – Legend Cars, Bandoleros and Thunder Roadsters – and the IKO Mini Cups are set to share the new quarter-mile infield oval for a full slate of racing action.
