SHEPHERDSVILLE - Employees with the Bullitt County Public School System will receive pay raises in the coming year.
And, for some educators, there will be extra pay for duties they have already been doing.
Mandated and funded by the state of Kentucky to provide a 1 percent increase, Bullitt County Public School Board approved an additional 1.5 percent increase.
This will cover all certified and classified employees, according to superintendent Keith Davis.
This is in addition to any step increases teachers will receive.
