School officials dropped from suit

 SHEPHERDSVILLE - Four school administrators have been cleared of civil charges in a case of a teacher and a student having sexual relations in 2009-10.

Bullitt Circuit Judge Rodney Burress granted summary judgment to dismiss Christy Coulter, Andrew Pohlman, Willie Foster and Angela Moore from the unnamed plaintiff’s lawsuit against Timothy Lands.

Lands has already entered a guilty plea for sexual offense and sentenced to three years in prison.
