An old joke but pretty true…especially in the last few years.
But, it is the changing weather that Marke Richardson, a member of the Bullitt County Emergency Management Agency, enjoys the most.
But, as the page on the calendar nears March, Richardson knows that severe weather is much more prevalent in the region.
With the year speeding into the spring season, Richardson said it is time to once again remind residents to be prepared.
