SHEPHERDSVILLE - A city employee will not return to his place of employment unless the order comes from a Bullitt Circuit Judge.
The three-member Shepherdsville Civil Service Commission ruled on Tuesday that sewer plant operator Michael Schroeder should not get his job back with the city.
The decision came at the end of over nine months of hearings and delays.
Attorney Mark Hall, who represents Schroeder, said he was not surprised by the commission’s unanimous decision.
