SHEPHERDSVILLE - When a case against a former sewer plant operator went to Bullitt Circuit Court for appeal, the judge returned the matter to Shepherdsville's Civil Service Commission.
The reason was that the commission did not have set rules and procedures in place for the hearing process.
Attorney Walt Sholar, representing the commission, told the Shepherdsville City Council that establishing certain provisions might prevent future similar situations.
