 FRANKFORT - As I write to you, we’ve just completed the first week of the 2013 General Assembly Session. 

We’ll take a break for three weeks for everyone from newly-elected members, newly-elected leaders as well as committee chairs to get settled in.  We’ll reconvene February 5 for the remaining 26 days of session.
