When Bullitt Fiscal Court discussed the passage of a no-smoking ordinance in county buildings, there were quite a few in the audience who were caught by surprise.
There were no signs posted but it was a given - you can’t light it up in a county facility.
Well, maybe you can. At least for a little while.
There has been no local or state law adopted to prohibit smoking or tobacco products in county government or state government facilities.
We believe Bullitt Fiscal Court will change that.
And they should.
